| Description: | From Goldonna Festival Website: Visit northeast Natchitoches Parish for a day of heritage and fun at the annual Goldonna Festival. The festival will be August 23, 2014 in downtown Goldonna, located on Hwy. 156, beginning at 10 a.m. The festivities will include food, arts and crafts booths, and a parade beginning at 10 a.m. There will be a childrens area that will include a dunking booth, face painting, cake walks, and juniper jumps. Wagon rides will also be available for the young, or just the young at heart. One of the major activities of the day is the Louisiana Trails trail ride.
