Celebrate the period in Western Louisiana's history when this region was declared neutral ground (A Free State, 1806-1822) pending settlement of a dispute between Spain and the U.S.
Arts & crafts, games, parade, treasure hunt, quilt demonstrations, western shoot-outs, music and local talent, bull rides, kids' games and rides, and more are part of this down-home fun festival.
