Great live, local music kicks off the Bayou Cajun Festival on Friday May 8th with Aaron Foret Band at 6 pm to 8 pm and the evening concludes with the Drunk Punch Ponies taking the stage from 8:30 pm 11 pm. Saturdays music line-up features live music by Gary T performing from 2:30 pm 5 pm, Ruff n Ready taking the stage from 5:30 pm 8 pm and Clustafunk will close out Saturday nights festivities from 8:30 pm 11 pm. Sunday music will begin at 1 pm with Waylon Thibodeaux. From 3:30 pm 6 pm live music comes to and end with Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition.

This exciting, new weekend will be highlighted by a craft market Saturday and Sunday, carnival rides and delicious Cajun foods all weekend featuring fresh caught La. Seafood Boil Off (Saturday 11 am 2 pm) and a One of a Kind Sunday Brunch featuring Chef Randy Cheramie of the Chef John Folse Culinary School located at Nicholls State University who will be showcasing favorites of Randolphs Restaurant which was formerly located in Golden Meadow, La. including a brunch of mimosas, fried chicken and his world famous gumbo from at 10:30 am 2 pm!
