| Description: | From Faith Music Fest Website: The Fourth Annual Faith Music Fest takes place in Heritage Park located on scenic Bayou Bonfouca in Slidell, Louisiana. The Fest will feature well-known Christian recording artists Citizen Way, Shelley Breen (of Point of Grace) in a duo with Michel Passons (of Avalon), beloved Louisiana fiddle player Amanda Shaw, as well as other local bands performing uplifting praise and worship music and Christian pop/rock. The Fest will kick off with a 5K Family Fun Run/Walk open to all ages.
Throughout the day, children can be entertained in the kids' activity area and inflatable obstacle course. A creative variety of handmade crafts will be on sale as well as delicious, local cuisine. Faith Music Fest is a FREE, family-friendly event.
(Alcohol is not permitted and tobacco use is discouraged.)
Proceeds will help keep this important outreach event free for years to come as well as benefit other outreach efforts of Open Arms Ministries.
