| Description: | From 6th Baton Rouge Mardi Gras Festival Website: Held in conjunction with the 36th Spanish Town Parade. This Mardi Gras Parade, Baton Rouge's largest, attracts 250,000 people each year. The Festival is produced by Henry Turner, a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and a regular performer, with his band Flavor, on the Annual Bob Marley Festival Tour.
