GYM STARTING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH AFTER 1:00-4:00

SETTING UP & TEARING DOWN:
Each class or club will be responsible for setting up and tearing down their own area. Booth set up will start Friday @ 1:00PM. Tear down will be Saturday after 3:00PM.

FOOD PREPARATIONS:
BBQ Burgers, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and drinks will be sold throughout the day.
Hamburgers will be sold also after Mass.


SWEETS BOOTH:
If you would like to donate any sweets, please label if contains ANY nuts. We will have signs asking anyone who purchases anything with nuts to please not eat or open on our school grounds. Any sweets left over from Family Fun Day will be sold after Mass at IHM.

GAMES:.
Bracelets can be purchased at front entrance. Bracelets will be $10, with unlimited amount of play time, including face painting, crafts and petting zoo. Bracelets must be purchased for those children who are 3 years old and older.

Cajun Cook-Off:
Teams will be competiting in a cajun cook-off to see who can create the best Cajun dish. Tasting bracelets can be purchased for $10.00 each (unlimited tasting and 3 voting tickets.) Children under 12 can purchase a tasting bracelet for $5.00.

Antique Car and Tractor Show
Antique cars and tractors will be available for viewing from 9:00-2:00 in the church parking lot.

Remember the funds raised from the Fall Fest are used for operating expenses for our school. Tuition alone does not cover all expenses. It take a team effort to be successful, especially in an endeavor such as this.
