| Description: | From 12th annual Congo Square Rhythms Festival Website: The 12th annual Congo Square Rhythms Festival will take place March 30-31 in New Orleans' Louis Armstrong Park. Admission is free.
As always, the festival will feature the best in New Orleans music plus special performances by local African dance troupes. The festival also includes the annual Class Got Brass competition, a showcase for school brass bands.
