We are so excited to announce our "Let It Sneaux Festival", happening at the Isle of Iberia on Saturday, November 24th. The Isle of Iberia will be transformed into a Cajun Christmas Spectacular, with a craft and vendor show, LIVE music from CHRIS ARDOIN, photos with Santa, golf cart decorating contest and parade, "Cajun Sneaux Day", and the 1st annual "Iberia Eats Expo", where local restaurants and caterers in Iberia Parish will be invited to showcase their signature dishes and menu items, as well as a competition for all local restaurant and catering chefs to come out and compete in a live, on-site cooking competition incorporating Iberia Parish's three famous commodities: sugar, salt, and peppers; for "Iberia's Top Chef". It's the "Sweetest, Saltiest, and Spiciest" place in the world, where it's only fitting to have our chefs celebrated during the most wonderful time of the year!
