The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge invites you to apply to the Ebb & Flow Festival as a juried artist. The Ebb & Flow Festival will celebrate the capital region's cultural, economic, and ecological connection to the Mississippi River and all things that ebb and flow. The two-day Baton Rouge festival will be replete with extraordinary live music, visual arts, exciting culinary offerings, public art, artist demonstrations, multidisciplinary/performance art, and interactive art and cultural experiences to intrigue and satisfy art lovers of all ages.
